PNRR, public policies and ecological transition: applicability profiles

The seminar "PNRR, public policies and ecological transition: applicability profiles" of the cycle "Green Deal, Next Generation EU, PNNR" is scheduled for March 31 at 14.00 at the Pescara Campus of the Università degli Studi "G. D'annunzio".
Speakers will be:
- Prof. Melania D'Angelosante (Professor of Administrative Law at the Università degli Studi "G. D'annunzio" Chieti-Pescara) - PNRR and the need for simplification of procedures in environmental matters
- Arch. Elisa Anna Di Palma (Specialist in environmental planning and assessment) - Rules and tools for implementing the challenges of sustainability and the fight against climate change in the new generation of European funds
- Dr. Ferdinando Franceschelli (Professor of International Environmental and Sustainability Law at the Università telematica Leonardo da Vinci) - PNRR and climate change adaptation policies in the framework of the ecological transition process
The cycle of seminars Green Deal, Next Generation EU, PNNR, coordinated by Prof. Francesco Bilancia and Dr. Marta Ferrara is an initiative of the Department of Legal and Social Sciences of the Università degli Studi "G. D'annunzio" Chieti-Pescara and the PhD course Business, Institutions and Markets.
The 18 scientific meetings scheduled until May 2022 aim to deepen the financial support tools intended by the European Commission to the post-pandemic recovery according to a scientific approach of interdisciplinary type. Lawyers, economists, sociologists and external specialists will confront with a multidisciplinary and multilevel approach on the context, missions and components of the recovery and resilience mechanism in order to study its application and connections with the more or less temporary changes that are taking place in the European project, in parallel with the holding of the Conference on the Future of Europe.
The meetings will be held in mixed mode and it will be possible to follow the seminars in presence up to the allowed capacity, upon reservation; for all the others, the participation is guaranteed through access to the Teams platform (with Chrome or Edge browser) at the link that will be diffused by the organization.
