The Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development - ASVIS -,brings together more than 300 organizations from the economic and social world, each year organizes the Sustainable Development Festival, over a 17-day period, as many as the Sustainable Development Goals under the UN's Agenda 2030.

The initiative constitutes a single large event, widespread and inclusive, consisting of hundreds of events organized throughout the country. The Festival was created to involve and sensitize increasingly large segments of the population on issues of economic, social and environmental sustainability, to promote a cultural change of individual and collective behavior by encouraging dialogue, discussion and sharing of best practices on the issues of the UN 2030 Agenda.

Even the RUS, which adheres to ASviS, is actively involved in promoting the Festival through the organization of events and sponsoring initiatives organized by individual universities and spread throughout the country.
