RUS for COP

The COP is the Conference of the Parties that annually brings together the United Nations countries that have signed the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The Convention is an international environmental treaty signed during the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development held in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 and has as its main goal the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

From 2021 to present, RUS has been promoting the Conference of the Parties by organizing collateral and outreach initiatives that stimulate discussion and sharing of knowledge on issues related to the climate crisis.
