Promoting Peace and Sustainability: A Shared Commitment

Peace is an essential element for sustainable development and global prosperity. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development recognizes the crucial importance of peace through Goal 16: "Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions," which aims to promote peaceful and inclusive societies, provide access to justice, and build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels. Goal 16 emphasizes that peace is intrinsically linked to the other goals of the 2030 Agenda.
