The event on Mount Adamello was organized by the Network of Universities for Sustainable Development (RUS), Università degli Studi di Brescia, Club Alpino Italiano (CAI) Brescia Section and with the sponsorship of MASE - Ministry of Environment and Energy Security, CRUI - Conferenza dei Rettori delle Università italiane, CAI - Club Alpino Italiano, CGI - Comitato Glaciologico Italiano, ASviS - Alleanza Italiana per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile and UNITA - Universitas Montium

What


This 2023 edition's program included activities to survey and monitor the progress of glacier melting and publicly return the results at a dedicated seminar and press conference.

The group of participants left for the Mandrone Glacier on Sunday, July 30, to be followed by the seminar "Climate Change, Glacier Melting, Prospects of Ecological Transition for Territories" at the Mandrone Refuge, with dinner and overnight stay. 

In the morning of Monday, July 31, the group reached the Panorama 3000 Sky Bar where a press conference took place. The group then descended by lifts to the Passo del Tonale.
