The UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) was held in Glasgow, Scotland, from October 2021, 31st to November 2021, 12th.

More than 30,000 delegates, including heads of state, climate experts and activists, met at the international summit for climate negotiations to agree on a coordinated plan of action to address climate change.

In the months leading up to COP26, RUS engaged in preparatory events of national and international significance that would not only promote 2021 as the year of "climate ambition," but also stimulate discussion and knowledge sharing on issues related to the climate crisis.
