Harrington-Abrams Rachel

Rachel Harrington-Abrams is the Research Coordinator for King's Climate at King's College London and is leading the university's COP27 delegation. She manages the university's climate research network and also represents KCL within the UK Universities Climate Network as part of the International working group. She is currently leading on the development of a Climate Adaptation Plan for the university and helped produce the Climate Action Strategy. In addition to her role in the King's Sustainability team coordinating climate research across the university, Rachel is pursuing a PhD in the Department of Geography on the impacts of multilateral engagement around decision-making for national-level governance around Adaptation and Loss and Damage
