Description:
The initiative aims at raising awareness among engineering students about the excessive use of plastic. Starting from the awareness of the large amount of waste that is produced every day, the initiative consists in creating a plastic world map through the recovery of this household waste (mainly water bottles).

Description:
On November 23 and 24, the University of Rome, with its student representatives, joins the EWWR. In particular, the initiative will take place over two days, to allow the participation of as many students as possible (but also of the technical and teaching staff) and will be led by the cultural association Sapienza in Movimento, a group of students that has been active for twenty years and engaged in raising awareness on the environmental issues, reuse and recycling. In the two days, from 10am to 18pm, in the proximity of the association, anyone can go and bring some recycled materials, which - in synergy with some local associations that have enthusiastically joined the project - may be given to be reused.
